Pricing & Booking FAQ
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes — The Glam Queen and Party Princess require a 3-hour minimum. The Bachelorette Express requires a 2-hour minimum.
What's included in every booking?
Every booking includes a professional licensed chauffeur, complimentary champagne toast, fuel, and all standard amenities listed for your chosen bus.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. Popular dates fill up fast!
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable.
Do you travel outside Scottsdale?
Yes! We serve the entire Greater Phoenix Metro area including Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, and Glendale. Mileage fees may apply for destinations beyond 20 miles.
